Our finest Hampshire Chalk Stream rainbow trout is some of the tastiest, richest and leanest in the UK. This is a result of their unique and natural habitat. 110g, smoked, sugar free, frozen
Drawn from sustainable farms on the Rivers Itchen and Test, these world-famous spring-fed chalk streams with ‘gin clear’ water, constant water flows, excellent light and vegetation create havens for the fish. These beautiful chalk streams give the fish a distinct, sensational taste. Trout often has the reputation of tasting "muddy", but not this trout, due to the chalk stream, clear water. It is delicate and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients: 97% trout; 3% salt
